Assist with building, mapping, and maintaining order tracking and reporting dashboards;
Guide advisors through carrier portals, forms, and submission processes;
Provide light post-activation assistance when necessary to ensure a smooth customer experience;
Support cross-functional teams with general data entry or other operational needs as assigned.

What we're looking for

Strong interest in developing a career in order management, operations, or administrative support;
Strong attention to detail with the ability to validate data accuracy across multiple systems and platforms;
Proficiency with CRM and ticketing systems, with a track record of maintaining real-time, accurate records throughout the order lifecycle;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple channels simultaneously (email, chat, phone);
Ability to work within defined SLAs and KPIs while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance;
A dependable team player with a focus on following instructions and completing repetitive tasks with high precision;
Comfort working cross-functionally with teams such as Commissions, Channel, and Operations.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve process or order-related issues.
