The Opportunity We\'re looking for an experienced Production Maintenance Technician II to help keep our manufacturing equipment operating safely, reliably, and efficiently. In this role, you\'ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair complex production equipment, assist with equipment modifications and relocations, and help develop other members of the maintenance team. What You\'ll Do Put safety first by following all required procedures, including lockout/tagout, confined space, and fall protection. Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and production equipment. Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and performance. Diagnose issues involving mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Repair or replace defective components, parts, and systems. Use welding machines, machining equipment, multimeters, power tools, and other maintenance equipment. Operate medium- to heavy-duty equipment, including personnel and material lifts. Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and equipment documentation. Assist with equipment modifications, installations, and relocations. Document repairs, modifications, and preventive maintenance activities. Partner with production, engineering, contractors, and other maintenance team members to resolve equipment issues. Work independently while effectively managing time, resources, and priorities. Mentor Maintenance Technician I employees and help develop their trade skills. What We\'re Looking ForEducation & Training High school diploma or equivalent.
