Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon of Aplin are pleased to partner with our client to recruit multiple Customer Service Representatives for their customer service project in Mesa, Arizona. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through inbound telephone calls, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and company processes.
• Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to support timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a contact centre environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
