At SRVS, we’re looking for compassionate, dependable leaders who want to make a difference. As a Lead Personal Support Staff, you’ll coordinate person-centered services while leading and supporting staff who help individuals live more independently at home and in their communities. What You’ll Do
As a Lead Personal Support Staff, you will:
- Coordinate quality, person-centered supports for individuals receiving services.
- Lead, train, and support Personal Support Staff.
- Ensure Person-Centered Support Plans (PCSP) and Service Implementation Plans (SIP) are properly implemented.
- Review service documentation and monitor the quality and continuity of supports.
- Coordinate staffing and help maintain coverage when needed.
- Participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation.
- Maintain professional relationships with individuals, families, guardians, and support teams.
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new staff.
- Travel throughout Shelby County to support individuals and staff.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and computer skills.
- Ability to coordinate services for multiple individuals.
- Ability to work independently and effectively lead and support staff.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and participate in on-call coverage.
- Previous nonprofit, human services, or clinical experience preferred.
