At SRVS, we’re looking for a compassionate, dedicated professional who wants to make a difference in the lives of young children and their families. As an Early Interventionist, you’ll provide developmental support, partner with families, and help children build skills and reach important developmental milestones. What You’ll Do
As an Early Interventionist, you will:
- Provide developmental training and support to children and families.
- Help enhance child engagement through everyday activities and routines.
- Identify and incorporate developmental strategies into daily routines.
- Promote functional independence and positive social interaction.
- Collaborate with families to identify priorities, concerns, goals, and needed resources.
- Support Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) outcomes by building on family strengths and maximizing learning opportunities within daily routines.
- Provide individual developmental therapy sessions.
- Participate and collaborate in IFSP meetings.
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time in accordance with SRVS, funding, licensing, and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Elementary Education, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech/Language Pathology, Nursing, Psychology, Sociology, or another applicable field.
- Minimum of one year of experience working with children ages 0–5.
- Bilingual proficiency required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with children, families, and other members of the service team.
- Ability to complete required documentation accurately and timely.
