Job#: 3053450 Job Description: Senior IT Business Analyst - UKG Project Location: Cleveland, Ohio (Remote) Role Overview Our organization is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to serve as a vital liaison between information technology services and various business service lines. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team responsible for configuring applications to enhance operational efficiencies and workflow needs. This remote position requires a professional who can independently manage application upgrades, troubleshoot complex issues, and facilitate clear communication across all organizational levels. Key Responsibilities - Configure and support workforce management applications, specifically focusing on time and attendance systems. - Manage, communicate, and manipulate data utilizing SQL databases. - Support and troubleshoot inbound and outbound interfaces to ensure seamless data flow. - Produce and maintain custom reports utilizing industry-standard report writers such as Crystal Reports. - Independently manage components of application upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and support efforts. - Collaborate with other scheduling applications and analysts to ensure optimal system integrations. - Resolve system hardware and timeclock issues without assistance. - Utilize and maintain established change control procedures and standards. - Lead the escalation of technical issues with appropriate resources and resolve service desk tickets. Required Qualifications Education: A High School diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience: Four or more years of experience supporting business applications is required. Experience within a healthcare environment is highly desired. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL databases, LAN, DNS, and networking is required. Candidates must possess knowledge of disaster recovery procedures, backup procedures, HL7 Interfaces, and SQL-based applications. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience working with business applications such as productivity, analytics, patient scheduling, or financial systems. - Demonstrated skills in project management and business workflow redesign. - Familiarity with integration platforms and information technology infrastructure standards.
