Job Description:Program ManagerLocation: New York, NY (On-site)COMPENSATION: $73 - $83 HOURLYRole OverviewThe program manager will plan, direct, and coordinate activities for non-IT initiatives. This professional oversees project integration, technical alignment, and resource management to ensure successful deliverables. The ideal candidate possesses excellent leadership capabilities and strategic planning expertise to direct complex projects from conception to completion.Key Responsibilities * Coordinate projects by creating detailed execution plans and directing the integration of technical activities. * Present and explain proposals, reports, and strategic findings to key stakeholders. * Direct project personnel, assign work tasks, and evaluate performance to maintain high standards. * Analyze technology options, resource requirements, and market demands to assess project feasibility. * Collaborate with management, production, and marketing staff to align project specifications. * Review and recommend contracts, cost estimates, and design changes. * Consult with stakeholders to define and refine detailed project specifications.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related field is required.Experience: Significant experience managing complex, non-IT programs, overseeing cross-functional teams, and directing project resources is required.Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio is required.Preferred Qualifications * PMI or PMP certification is preferred. * Experience managing large-scale product roll-outs or engineering initiatives is preferred.Company Overview & CultureOur organization is a technology leader dedicated to innovation and global connection.
