Pack-out Associate

Pack-out Associate - 7am - 3:30pm Location: Groveport, Ohio (Onsite) Role Overview We are seeking a Pack-Out Associate for an entry-level opportunity with room for growth into teardown, testing, or hardware processing roles. This position is responsible for packing, labeling, and preparing processed IT hardware for shipment. The associate will help a growing IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) company that assists data centers and enterprises in securely decommissioning and reselling IT hardware. Key Responsibilities Pack processed IT hardware such as drives, memory, servers, and components according to packing and shipping instructions. Label, wrap, palletize, and stage outbound orders for shipment. Verify counts and part details against orders and enter them accurately into the ERP system. Report any damaged, missing, or mismatched items. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pack-out area. Collaborate with teardown, testing, and inventory teams to meet daily operational goals. Required Qualifications The following qualifications are required for this role: Experience: Basic experience in pack-out, shipping, or general warehouse operations is required. Skills: Candidates must have effective communication skills, strong attention to detail, and accurate data entry abilities. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates must have reliable transportation and a record of strong attendance. This position operates in a facility without climate control. Adherence to site rules, including no phones or headphones on the production floor and following the dress code, is mandatory. A background check and drug screen must be passed. Preferred Qualifications Experience with RF scanners, pallet jacks, or picking and packing is preferred. An interest in IT hardware or the ITAD industry is also considered a plus. ?
