We're looking for an experienced, motivated Recruiter who loves connecting with people, building strong relationships, and helping businesses grow.

What You'll Do
• Own the hiring process: Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding coordination.
• Build strong partnerships: Work directly with hiring managers across multiple brands and locations to understand their staffing needs.
• Find great talent: Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, trade schools, networking, and creative recruiting strategies.
• Make hiring happen: Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and keep the process moving.
• Build talent pipelines: Recruit for skilled trades, customer service, sales, operations, and leadership positions.
• Stay organized: Manage requisitions and candidate activity in Paycom, track recruiting metrics, and share regular hiring updates.
• Improve the process: Bring fresh ideas to help us hire faster, improve the candidate experience, and strengthen our recruiting efforts.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
• 3–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple positions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining excellent follow-through.
• Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, home services, or multi-location businesses is a plus.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities
