- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other Facilities Engineers, sharing expertise and helping strengthen team capabilities.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure work meets safety, quality, and performance expectations.
- Maintain accurate equipment records, electrical diagrams, maintenance histories, asset inventories, and compliance documentation using MaintainX and other facility management tools.
- Respond to facility alarms and emergencies, troubleshoot operational issues, and communicate priorities and resolutions to property leadership.
- Manage and prioritize work orders, monitor completion and quality, and proactively identify opportunities to improve building performance and maintenance practices.
