Senior Credit Analyst

Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a community bank in Wisconsin in the search for a Senior Credit Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze commercial credit opportunities, including financial statements, cash flow, and risk factors.
• Prepare clear, concise credit memos with well-supported recommendations.
• Partner with lenders to structure deals and assess risk.
• Monitor existing credits and identify potential concerns or opportunities.
• Support the overall credit quality of the loan portfolio.
• Coach, mentor, and help train junior Credit Analysts.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and credit standards.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience.
• Strong financial analysis and credit underwriting skills.
• Ability to evaluate complex credit structures and risk profiles.
• Experience or interest in mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
