LAV-First Shift TKE Packer/Assembler

Anchor Fabrication is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented TKE Packer/Assembler to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling components, packaging finished products, and preparing materials for shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be reliable, team-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Package finished products securely for shipment.
• Label, count, and organize materials and completed orders.
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory, material movement, and other production tasks as needed.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, assembly, or packaging experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
