Facilities Janitorial

Position Summary:

To provide general janitorial support to the company in day to day activities. These tasks include a variety of skills, repair work, and other tasks associated with cleaning maintenance of plant and equipment. Tasks would be performed within and on the exterior of buildings. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

Primary Position Responsibilities:

• Cleaning rest rooms, break rooms and offices
• Periodic lifting up to 30 lbs
• Remove of trash / cardboard from interior and exterior of facilities
• Removal of snow and other winter related activities ● Use of hand tools for repairs to cleaning equipment
• Working indoors and outdoors throughout all seasons
• Extensive walking, bending, and squatting
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

Qualifications: (knowledge, skills and abilities):

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Additional training/education is a plus
• Must possess a motivated, self starter ability
• Mechanical knowledge and skills a plus
