POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager
POSITION DUTIES DCP and UR in an acute care setting
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS CA license and passing VI; 2+ years minimum of acute care hospital experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS previous Kaiser experience
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 8:00-4:30 and every other weekend
