MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1 year case manager experience Oregon & WA RN license active on file Weekends and Holiday support required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Kaiser experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 12:00 AM to 08:30 AM; 8 hours/5 day/week; variable Su-Sa; 2400-0830
