This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Scope: Adult
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
- State Licensure: Any active unrestricted state license
- Requirements: Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Certification
