Optometry Physician

• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Types of Cases: Routine Eye Exams, Contact Lens Fittings, Eye Urgencies and Emergencies, Medical Optometry, and Red Eye (ages 4 and up)
• Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Glaucoma Certified
• Licensure Required: Active California License
