Optometry Physician

This facility is seeking an Optometry Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Saturday and Sunday; 8:30am-5:00pm
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Types of Cases: Routine Eye Exams, Contact Lens Fittings, Eye Urgencies and Emergencies, Medical Optometry, and Red Eye (Ages 4 and up)
• Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Certifications Required: Board Certified and a Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification are required
• Licensure Required: Active California license
