· Schedule: 1 day in October · Setting: Clinic · Procedures/Cases: General Dentistry · Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks without Medicaid · Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Basic Life Support (BLS)
