• Schedule: Start date 8/10/2026, Tuesdays -Thursdays 11am -8pm
• Setting: Clinic
• Procedures/Cases: General Dentist for All ages
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
• Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
