This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: 4 day coverage in November · Setting: Clinic · Procedures/Cases: Family Dentistry – mostly kids. Procedures needed: prophies, extractions, x-rays filings, pulpotomies, sealants, crowns, periodontics treatment, exams/hygiene checks · Credentialing Timeframe: ~1-2 days · Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
