POSITION DUTIES -Discharge planning and transition-of-care coordination •

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 2 Years experience, BLS, Licensure: Non-Oregon Licensed RNs can apply and be eligible for a 90-day temporary license if their permanent license is not posted before the start of their assignment

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 10 hr shifts 7-5:30, with possible weekend work
