About the Opportunity

Amicus Talent Group is working with a General Contractor delivering a major data center construction project in Windsor, Colorado.

We are looking for an experienced Night Shift Superintendent to take ownership of overnight construction operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project schedules.

This opportunity offers an excellent salary, competitive per diem and a comprehensive benefits package, making it particularly attractive to experienced travelling Superintendents.

We are looking for a hands-on construction leader with a strong General Contractor background and recent data center construction experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all night shift construction activities, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel across multiple work areas.
• Manage construction sequencing, site logistics and short-term schedules to maintain project milestones.
• Coordinate closely with day shift Superintendents, Project Managers and site leadership to ensure smooth handovers.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity and compliance with project requirements.
• Review construction drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges, escalating issues where necessary.
• Enforce OSHA regulations, site safety procedures and project-specific safety requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor quality control and ensure work meets project specifications.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates and shift handover documentation.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment requirements and access to work areas during overnight operations.
• Support inspections, testing and commissioning activities where required.

Experience & Qualifications

• Recent data center construction experience is essential.
• Previous experience working for a General Contractor is required.
• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on large-scale, mission-critical construction projects.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades across active construction sites.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, scheduling and site logistics.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and confidently manage overnight construction operations.
• Previous night shift construction experience is advantageous.

A General Contractor background and recent data center construction experience are essential.
