💵 Get Paid Per Visit ServiceCompensation Initial Client Assessment$65 per visit 6-Month Reassessment$55 per visit Missed Visit (Client Not Home)$30 In-Service / Training Class$30 Occasional Aide Clinical Orientation$20 Office / Administrative Work$20 per hour 🚗 Extra Mileage Bonus: Earn an additional $5 per visit for clients located more than 30 miles from our office. 🩺 What We're Looking For

• Active Virginia RN license or compact license valid in Virginia
• At least one year of nursing experience in a hospital, home health, rehabilitation, or similar setting
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to clients' homes
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Home care or Medicaid experience is a plus, but not required!
