Customer Analyst

The Customer Analyst is responsible for supporting the Customer Risk Manager to identify, track, and make recommendations concerning sports wagering customers. The position gathers, analyzes, summarizes, and interprets data to provide recommendations on wagering behaviors. You will be offering trading risk management in multiple ways.

What You Will Be Doing...

· Pro-actively profiling customers based on wagering behaviors

· Monitor real-time wagers for suspect betting behaviors and patterns

· Determine the appropriate wagering levels per each unique customer using various functions

· Profiling and recommendations to the VIP team for VIP customer status players

· In depth analysis on clients wagering patterns form the previous day

· In depth analysis on low margin sports

· Proactive checking for linked players by using various analytical tools

· Preparation of reports for senior members of the William Hill Team

· Monitoring of live William Hill odds and liaising with trading to rectify any issues

· Tracking and monitoring of low performance states and diagnosing the reasons why

· Interpreting data, figures and wagering behaviors to come to conclusive decisions on business patterns for each unique client to William Hill.

· Work closely with trading to ensure a uniformed approach to bet acceptance

· Using various trading tools to assist trading with the pricing of multiple sports
