Partner with hardware and systems teams to integrate radar subsystems, conduct testing, and resolve interface issues.
Lead data collection, performance analysis, and field-validation efforts in operational environments.
Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, lead reviews, and communicate findings to naval and government stakeholders.

Proficiency using MATLAB, Python, or similar tools for modeling, simulation, algorithm development, or data analysis.
Working knowledge of radar principles, including phased-array, FMCW, SAR, or pulse-Doppler systems, and relevant laboratory test equipment.
Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance on complex engineering issues.
Ability to support a hybrid, part-time schedule and travel to partner research, production, test, or field locations as needed.

Supplemental Qualifications (preferred but not required)
