Field Supervisor

Security Field Supervisor (Los Angeles) Join our dynamic team as a Field Supervisor, where you will oversee the activities of security guards at client sites, ensuring projects are operating safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all regulations. This role is vital in managing day-to-day field activities, supervising security officers, coordinating schedules, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety across multiple locations.

• Minimum of 3 years as a supervisor in the security field
• Active CA guard card required
• Valid CA driver’s license required
• Clean driving record required
• Background check required
• Pay: $25 to $30 per hour DOE

Responsibilities:

• Supervise security officers to ensure operational quality.
• Provide direction, instruction, and advice to security staff by making rounds and maintaining staff performance.
• Proactively address concerns and resolve issues with staff and clients.
• Provide field training to security officers ensuring full understanding and compliance.
• Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures.
• Ensure a professional, high-performance work environment.
• Monitor security officers’ performance.
• Create security reports for management.
• Fill in for shift call-offs.
• Perform site visits for security upgrade assessments.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must have at least three (3) years of full-time experience as a security supervisor managing guard staff.
• Follow and lead security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Must be highly organized and responsive.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to receive and disseminate information to guard staff clearly and efficiently.
• Model and lead staff to a high standard.
• Supervise, train, and support security guard staff on site.
• Must be available to work on weekends and overtime if needed
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background check and drug screening in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
