Yard Lead Trainee

Job Title: Yard Lead Trainee Location: Nampa, ID Department: Forming & Shoring Yard Reports To: Yard Manager

Position Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Yard Lead Trainee to join our team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, safety, and leadership. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily yard operations, ensuring rental orders are pulled and verified correctly, and maintaining high standards of organization and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull and verify rental orders accurately and efficiently
• Inspect and check rental materials for quality and completeness
• Assist with regular cycle counts and inventory control
• Lead and support yard staff to meet daily operational goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard environment
• Communicate effectively with the Yard Manager and other departments

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse, yard, or similar environment
• Forklift experience (certification preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 7 am -5 pm (occasional Saturday may be required)
