What Does a Processing Team Member Do Anyway?

• Sort, inspect, and grade donated clothing and other merchandise based on quality and condition.
• Price and prepare merchandise for our retail sales floors.
• Clean, organize, and package donated items for display or shipment.
• Safely load, unload, and move carts and merchandise throughout the processing area.
• Operate processing equipment, including balers, after receiving proper training.
• Meet daily production and quality goals while maintaining accuracy.
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized.
• Work alongside your team to keep merchandise moving efficiently.
• Help turn donated goods into incredible treasures for our customers!

Our Processing team works together to turn donated goods into incredible finds for our customers! From sorting and pricing merchandise to preparing items for our sales floors, every team member plays an important role in keeping our stores stocked with new treasures every day. As a Processing Team Member, you'll stay active, learn new skills, and work alongside a hardworking team while helping support our charity partners and keep reusable goods out of landfills. Every item you process makes a difference, and so do you!
