Inpatient Pharmacist

Responsibilities
- Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
- Support safe and effective medication therapy for hospitalized patients

- Monitor for drug interactions, dosing concerns, and medication safety issues
- Provide drug information and clinical support to patient care teams
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, policies, and quality standards
- Document pharmacy activities within the electronic medical record
Requirements
- Active Pharmacist license in state of practice
- Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced inpatient environment
