Staff Pharmacist (RPh)
Full-Time | Massachusetts
A growing pharmacy organization is seeking a Massachusetts-licensed Pharmacist to join its team. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule, a collaborative work environment, and the potential for assignment extension.
Position Overview
As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a key role in ensuring safe and effective medication dispensing while providing exceptional patient care and education. You will work alongside pharmacy support staff in a fast-paced setting focused on quality, accuracy, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Review and dispense prescription medications in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Provide medication counseling and patient education
- Ensure prescription accuracy, safety, and compliance
- Collaborate with healthcare providers regarding medication-related concerns
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and other pharmacy staff
- Maintain pharmacy records and inventory standards
- Contribute to a positive patient experience and efficient pharmacy operations
Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
- Active Massachusetts Pharmacist License in good standing
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
