Amergis is hiring school-based Paraeducator and Behavior Technician opportunities for the 2026-2027 school year. We have openings beginning in August throughout Ventura County.
Position Details:
•Start as an on-call/substitute employee with the opportunity to transition into a full-time assignment •Hours: Approximately 27-32 hours per week during school hours, depending on district needs •Pay Rate: $18-$25/hour, based on experience

Preferred Experience:
•Supporting students in school settings •Experience in special education classrooms •Working with students with behavioral, developmental, or individualized support needs •Experience as a Paraeducator, Teacher's Aide, Instructional Aide, Behavior Technician, Behavioral Aide, or in a related role
