Planner Executive

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for end to end process of supply chain process from material planning to production planning

Material Planning

•

Develop and maintain accurate material forecasts and requirements plans based on production schedules and historical consumption data.

•

Monitor inventory levels across all material categories and implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and excess stock.

•

Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth supply chain operations.

•

Analyze material requirements and lead times to support production planning and scheduling activities.

•

Prepare purchase requisitions and manage material orders with suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery commitments.

•

Track and reconcile inventory movements, conduct regular stock audits, and investigate inventory discrepancies.

•

Utilize planning systems and software to generate reports, forecasts, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for management review.

•

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance material planning efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Respond to urgent material requirements and manage expedited orders when necessary to ensure production continuity.

Production Planning

•

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on demand forecasts and actual customer orders.

•

Prioritize production activities based on delivery deadlines and urgency levels.

•

Perform production sequencing to minimize machine setup and changeover time (color, cylinder, and material changes).

• Adjust production schedules according to machine capacity and manpower availability.
