About the Role
As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you help keep the plant running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. Youll work hands-on with electrical, mechanical, and general building systems while supporting daily operations and responding to maintenance needs across the facility. This role is a great fit if you enjoy problem-solving, working with tools, and taking ownership of equipment reliability. Youll play an important part in maintaining a safe work environment and supporting the overall success of the operation.
Responsibilities:
- Performs maintenance and repair on electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
- Follows all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
- Applies knowledge of lockout/tagout and other safety protocols.
- Operates forklifts, scissor lifts, and other equipment safely.
- Reads and interprets diagrams, prints, and work instructions.
- Uses basic computer systems to complete work orders and documentation.
- Maintains tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
- Works collaboratively with maintenance and production teams.
- Attends required meetings and training sessions.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by maintenance leadership.
