Employer: Amazon.com Services LLC Position: Quality Assurance Engineer I - AMZ24481.6 Location: Austin, TX
Multiple Positions Available:
- Develop and maintain testing strategies, including manual and automation testing
- Review designs and specifications and use this information to design test plans
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage by working closely with the product and engineering teams to prioritize testing execution and report on test execution progress and results
- Gather and report relevant and actionable quality metrics
- Promote QA productivity through automation, tools, and other best practices.

Basic qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered, or a related occupation. Experience must include:
- 1 year of experience in developing tests for large-scale software systems using Java or Shell Scripts in a Windows, UNIX, or Linux environment
- 1 year of experience in documenting and coordinating the deployment of manual and automated tests for complex systems.
