In this role you will architect the largest fulfillment network in the world, and provide guidance and mentoring to network support teams to develop their skills and reinforce best practices.

The OTN team has broad scope supporting multiple business units globally, from the smallest delivery locations in emerging markets to the most advanced automated fulfillment centers in North America, Japan, and Europe. Evaluate new technologies, lab test/certify solutions, conduct proof of concepts, run books definition, and lead pilot deployments.
Innovate and automate infrastructure testing, deployment, operations, and life cycle management.
Define the strategy for future team processes and tools which improve how we maintain and manage the infrastructure effectively, efficiently, and safely.
Contribute to hiring and developing top talent at Amazon.
Be a part of Global support organization that provides 7X24 escalation support on shift rotation basis. Some night and week end support may be required.
