Join the Amazon Key and Ring teams in shaping the future of home and business security. We’re seeking a B2B Content Creator to produce the customer stories, social content, and blog posts that bring Ring Business to life. You’ll own hands-on content creation end to end - writing, shooting, and editing - turning real customer outcomes into platform-native stories that build awareness, trust, and pipeline. This is a maker’s role: you write, you shoot, you edit, you ship - self-sufficient, with AI as a force multiplier.
Key job responsibilities
- Produce B2B customer stories and case studies - interview customers, draft the narrative, and adapt each into blog, social, and sales-enablement formats
- Write and publish B2B blog posts aligned to the content calendar, search intent, and the Ring Business messaging framework
- Create social-native content for LinkedIn and owned channels - long-form posts, multi-image and document carousels, and short-form video
- Shoot and edit video end to end - self-sufficient from capture through post-production, using AI video tools to produce and localize at speed without external agencies
- Maintain a consistent Ring Business brand voice across every market and channel
- Partner on the rolling content calendar, aligning each piece to a clear business goal
- Use AI-assisted workflows to research, repurpose, and scale output without sacrificing quality or voice
- Track content performance and double down on what works
A day in the life This role is hands-on content craft with a commercial edge. You’ll sit between the positioning and messaging work upstream and the campaigns that deploy downstream - taking a customer conversation and turning it into a story that runs on LinkedIn, the blog, and in sales decks. You own production end to end: scripting, shooting, and editing video yourself rather than briefing it out. You’ll partner with product, marketing, and go-to-market teams to keep a steady pipeline of on-brand content moving, and you’ll use AI tools to produce more, faster, without losing the human voice that B2B buyers trust.
