Amazing Days Childcare & Learning Center is seeking a dependable, compassionate, energetic, and motivated Child Care Assistant to join our growing team at our Keystone STARS 4 designated Group Child Care Home in Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based learning and developmentally appropriate activities. Responsibilities include supervising children, assisting with daily classroom routines, implementing educational activities, maintaining a clean and safe learning environment, supporting positive behavior, and communicating professionally with families and team members. Applicants must possess or be willing to obtain all required Pennsylvania childcare clearances, a current health assessment, and pediatric First Aid/CPR certification. Reliable transportation, punctuality, professionalism, and flexibility to work rotating shifts are essential.
