Location: Springfield, Ohio
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
- Monday--Thursday, 5:00 AM--3:30 PM OR
- Monday--Friday, 7:00 AM--3:30 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a Sandblaster to assist with surface preparation of metal containers and components. This position involves preparing materials for painting and finishing while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Job Duties
- Perform sandblasting and surface preparation on metal components
- Remove rust, debris, and surface imperfections
- Prepare containers and other metal products for painting
- Inspect surfaces to ensure proper preparation
- Use hand tools and equipment as assigned
Requirements
- Experience using hand tools
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Steel-toed boots required
