Primary Purpose:
Responsible for developing and managing policies and programs for the Maintenance and Custodial Services department that are primarily associated with environmental, health, and life safety compliance in all district facilities.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
High School Diploma or GED, with 5 years experience in a related position
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to research information, organize data and develop plans and programs Ability to manage budgets and personnel Strong communication, public relations and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe software
Experience:
Five years in related management position
