Painter Supervisor

Directly supervise and coordinate activities of a painting company located in MA and NH. Supervise the painting of residential and commercial properties using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Inspect painting progress, equipment, or construction sites to verify safety or to ensure that specifications are met. Read specifications, such as blueprints, to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures. Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of construction or extractive workers. Assign work to employees, based on material or worker requirements of specific jobs. Constantly lift, twist, bend, pull and climb for an extended period. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds. Willing to work in inclement weather conditions including heat, humidity, and sun. Assure workers maintain a safe and clean work environment. Once the worksite is determined the beneficiary will work in either Lowell, MA or Hillsborough County, New Hampshire for the duration of employment. Travel is not required but work is performed daily at customer job sites not at the employer's address.

Requirements: 24 months as a Paint Supervisor, Painter, Taper, or similar + OSHA 10 hour Construction.
