Technical Lead

DUTIES: Design and own end-to-end technical architecture of enterprise-grade financial and banking platforms built on Java Spring boot (backend) and React with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (frontend/CMS), ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory compliance. • Architect, develop and deploy scalable cloud-native solutions on AWS , ensuring high availability and fault tolerance for financial and banking-grade applications • Drive microservices design and migration --- decomposing monolithic services into cloud-native microservices engineered to handle high transaction volumes in regulated banking and financial environments • Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, and Harness to support continuous integration and deployment across enterprise platforms • Manage API gateway configuration and security via Apigee; monitor production systems using Splunk and AWS CloudWatch to ensure reliability and rapid incident resolution • Enforce code quality and security best practices through architecture governance, peer code reviews, and static/runtime scanning . • Design and implement secure RESTful APIs enabling seamless data interaction between UI, backend systems, and AEM-managed content layers • Lead mobile application modernization initiatives including migration from cross-platform Xamarin frameworks to fully native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) applications • Translate complex financial domain requirements into maintainable technical solutions • Conduct architecture reviews and technical design sessions for new features, ensuring alignment with enterprise security posture and regulatory requirements • Provide technical mentorship and architectural direction to distributed teams of frontend, backend, and mobile engineers. ?Requirements : Requires Bachelor's Degree or foreign academic equivalent in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Science or related field. Requires 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Analyst & Designer, Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, Architect or related field. Requires experience in JavaScript, C#, .NET, TypeScript , Xamarin Forms, React.js, Redux ,XAML, Microsoft SQL Server, JSON, XML , Camera API ,Google Maps API ,Apple Maps API , Server-side Image Upload Workflows, Git, Version Control, Jira, Confluence. Position requires relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S with multiple openings
