  • Drive innovation by implementing predictive maintenance strategies and data-driven decision-making.
  • Foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across operational teams.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Ability to analyze performance data and implement process optimization initiatives.
  • Commitment to mentoring teams and promoting a culture of accountability and safety.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of work experience in a railroad position with similar duties, or in a customer service or communications position.

How Success Is Measured

  • On-time performance and adherence to operational delivery targets.
  • Team collaboration and leadership effectiveness across departments.
  • Reduction in operational incidents and improvement in efficiency metrics.

  • Global impact through local operations connecting communities and economies.
  • Career advancement supported by continuous learning and leadership development.
  • Salary Range: 105,000-115,000
