Welder/ Roll Fitter 3rd Shift

We're looking for a skilled Welder with experience in welding on moving parts, who takes pride in quality work and proper execution. WE ARE HIRING FOR 2nd & 3rd SHIFTS - 2nd shift - 3:00pm-11:00pm - Third shift - 11:00pm-7:00am We value craftsmanship, teamwork, safety, and standardized work---and we're looking for someone who does too. What You'll Do - Perform roll welding, repair, and build-up work on components - Use Subarc welding and shrinking methods as needed - Review work orders, blueprints, prints, and specifications - Clean, prep, cut, burn, fit, and weld materials - Set up and measure assemblies for proper alignment and fit - Inspect finished welds to confirm quality and accuracy - Complete required job and production documentation - Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized - Help maintain equipment and report repair needs - Work with the team to solve fabrication and welding challenges What You Bring - Roll welding experience preferred - Subarc and shrinking experience preferred - Strong welding and fabrication skills - Ability to read blueprints, prints, and work instructions - Experience using measuring tools and shop equipment - Reliable attendance and strong work ethic - Safety-focused mindset Manufacturing or heavy industrial experience preferred What We Offer: - Shift Differental - Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (first of the month after hire) - $3000 Yearly Employer contribution into HSA account after 1 year - 40 hours vacation after 90 days (subject to completion of one full year) - 9 Paid Holidays as well as the opportunity to earn 9 extra paid holidays with our Incentive Plan!! - Competitive hourly pay - Monday--Friday schedule - No mandatory overtime - No weekends - Stable manufacturing work - Team-focused shop culture - Opportunities to learn, grow, and cross-train If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, and a job done right, we want to hear from you.
