  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and internal/external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and recommend effective solutions.
  • Promote collaborative engineering practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.

  • 8-10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant experience developing cloud-based applications.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform:
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - strongly preferred
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Microsoft Azure

  • Experience with software architecture, system design, and scalable application development.
  • Understanding of cloud-native development principles and secure engineering practices.
  • Experience working within Agile software development environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with distributed engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, provisioning, or automation.
  • Familiarity with Rust programming language.
  • Experience developing software within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud automation.

Additional Information

  • Fully remote position with a preference for candidates who can work Eastern Time business hours.
  • Candidates from all industries are encouraged to apply.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is beneficial but not required.
  • This is a hands-on software engineering position, not an infrastructure-only, cloud administration, or IT support role.
