We are proud to have a team of people who each bring something special to the table. We look to hire people with the warrior ethos - strong individuals who are willing to win as a team, lead by example, and go through life with a sense of honesty and integrity. We are committed to the training and development of our people and expect the same level of commitment from our employees. This is a place where having fun and giving back to a select group of charities and the local community are part of what makes us more than just a great cup of coffee. If you enjoy connecting with people, providing exceptional customer service, and value the importance of quality coffee, we want to hear from you. We offer an employee discount and opportunities to participate in employee "adventure events". We have an extensive training program and you can anticipate learning not only high level barista skills but also entrepreneurial and leadership skills.
