(Mid-Level) Heavy-Duty Technicians

Allied Spring & Services Elmira Mid-level technicians wanted with between 2 and 5 years of experience. Experience in springs, suspensions, brakes, steering and alignments is preferred. Must be able to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of heavy-duty vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and other related equipment. This role often involves leading a team, managing workflow, ensuring safety and compliance, and providing technical expertise on complex mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities: Diagnosis and Repair: Troubleshooting and repairing complete suspensions, brakes and steering and more in heavy-duty vehicles. Component Replacement: Identifying and replacing worn or damaged parts and components. Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work is performed according to safety regulations and procedures. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts inventory. Communication: Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments. Continuous Learning: Staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in heavy-duty truck technology.
