What You'll Do

As a Server, you'll help make mealtimes enjoyable and welcoming for our residents and guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist residents and guests in a friendly, professional manner

• Serve meals accurately and efficiently

• Clear tables and reset the dining room after meals

• Maintain a clean and sanitized dining area

• Deliver and retrieve meal trays from resident apartments as needed

• Label and date food properly

• Assist the dining team with additional duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working with seniors

• Positive attitude and strong customer-service skills

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• Attention to detail and safety

• Food service, restaurant, dining, or serving experience is preferred but not required

• Must successfully complete required background screening

• Must follow company Drug-Free Workplace policies
