- Establish standardized processes and implement Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement practices to strengthen operational efficiency and material flow.
- Ensure compliance with applicable aerospace quality and customer requirements, including material identification, lot/serial traceability, documentation, and segregation of nonconforming materials.
- Direct inventory personnel, establish performance expectations, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory accuracy, cycle-count completion, transaction accuracy, and material availability.

- Proven ability to maintain inventory accuracy and material traceability, resolve discrepancies, and improve material flow and inventory controls.
- Experience with physical inventory, audits, and excess or obsolete material management.
- Aerospace and defense manufacturing experience, including familiarity with AS9100 requirements and manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, or assembly, preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, and visual management preferred.
