• Your 30/45 Diagnosis Shield: We pre-block a full 30 minutes for your preventative care visits and 45 minutes for sick/urgent care appointments.

• A Unified, Collaborative Floor: You are backed by an accountable, highly collaborative team under our core CREATE values. This includes two Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs) and assistants who communicate with kindness and clarity, keeping our clinic atmosphere emotionally safe and orderly.
• Modern Tools to Empower You: Your facility is equipped with digital radiography, in-house lab equipment, ultrasound, digital dental radiography, therapy laser, and up-to-date anesthesia monitoring - plus a fully equipped surgical suite and a dedicated dental surgical suite.
• Absolute Personal Boundaries: Enjoy a stable schedule with a consistent three-day workweek built around our 8 AM–8 PM schedule - absolutely NO WEEKENDS and no after-hours on-call emergency rotations. Your time off is entirely your own.

Your Compensation & Comprehensive Security

• Salary: $95,000–$135,000 annually, depending on experience and skill set.
• Premium 3-Day Workweek Rotation: Your schedule gives you a regular 4 days off every single week to spend enjoying Southern West Virginia's affordable cost of living and beautiful outdoor recreation.
• Ample Paid Time Off (PTO): Completely separate from your regular days off, you receive 15 days PTO for new graduates, 20 days PTO for experienced veterinarians, and 5 separate CE days.
